	David W. Birch David who is now retired, joined Insurance Brokers Hogg Robinson and Rennie in Johannesburg and became Broking Manager in 1968. In 1970 he joined Allied Insurance Brokers in Harare as General Manager and in 1972 joined Minet Insurance Brokers as Harare General Manager. In 1983 he was appointed Managing Director of the company, which is now known as Aon Zimbabwe (Private) Limited. He was appointed Regional Director of Aon Central Africa in 2001 and became a member of the Aon Africa executive committee. He holds several other directorships and is the past Chairman of Zimbabwe Insurance Brokers Association.

	John Mushayavanhu AIBZ, Dip Management, MBA (UK) John is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers in Zimbabwe (AIBZ), and holds a Diploma in Management from Henley Management College, United Kingdom, as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from Brunel University, United Kingdom. A career banker, John has over 24 years in the financial services sector, gained through senior positions in corporate and retail banking held with a local multinational bank. John joined FBC Bank as an Executive Director in the Corporate Banking division in October 1997. He became Managing Director in 2004 and is now the Group Chief Executive of the FBC group.

	Garikai R. Bera Garikai is a lawyer by profession and is partner at Dube, Manikai and Hwacha Legal Practitioners. He sits on several boards.

	Livingstone T. Gwata B. Administration, CAIB, FIBZ Livingstone holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Zimbabwe. In addition, he is a Certified Associate of the Institute of Bankers in South Africa (CAIB) and Fellow of the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe (FIBZ).He has worked in several African countries, Europe and the Far East. Livingstone holds directorships in various companies and is a past President of the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe and Shumba Golf Society.

	Benjamin N. Kumalo Ben is a Chartered Accountant and is currently Group Managing Director of Motec Holdings. He sits on several boards.

	Susan Mutangadura Susan is a qualified lawyer who practiced and worked in a senior position for the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority and also served as Managing Director of Standard Fire and General. She is currently the Managing Director of Aon Zimbabwe, a leading reinsurance company.

	Trynos Kufazvinei – Group Finance Director BAcc (UZ) CA (Z), MBA (UK) Trynos is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) who completed his articles with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and an MBA (UK). Trynos is responsible for the finance and administration matters of FBC Holdings Limited. He has over ten years experience in finance and administration. Trynos joined FBC Bank in January 1998 as Head of Finance and Administration and was appointed to the board in October 2003. He became Group Finance Director in 2004 following the consolidation of the FBC Group.

	Martin Makonese – Executive Director Corporate Banking AIBZ, Dip Management, MBA Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Masters Degree in Business Administration both from the University of Zimbabwe. He is the Head, Corporate Banking at FBC Bank. Martin has over 16 years banking experience specializing in corporate and merchant banking and trade finance. He has worked for a number of banking institutions including local multinational banks, where he gained most of his experience as he rose to positions such as Senior Relationship Manager and Senior Manager Structured Trade Finance and Assistant General Manager in Corporate Banking.
