Webster, has held senior positions  during his 29- year tenure in the banking industry. He is a holder of several banking qualifications in addition to an MBA from the United Kingdom. Webster has held the position of Managing Director at FBC Building Society  over the past four years.

Trynos is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) who completed his articles with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and an MBA (UK).  Trynos is responsible for the finance and administration matters of FBC Holdings Limited.  He has over ten years experience in finance and administration.  Trynos joined FBC Bank in January 1998 as Head of Finance and Administration and was appointed to the board in October 2003.

Agrippa G.R Mugwagwa - e-Commerce Director

He joined FBC in 2001 as Sales and Marketing Manager and rose to the position of Head of Marketing and Public Relations in 2005. He was appointed Divisional Director, Group Marketing and Public Relations in October 2006 before assuming the position of e-Commerce director of FBC Bank. Agrippa holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe and Masters of Business Leadership degree from Unisa’s School of Business Leadership. He acquired a diploma in Banking, an advanced Bank Credit Management diploma (SA) and a postgraduate Marketing diploma with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He is a chartered marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an Associate of the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe. He has experience in banking business development, marketing and corporate affairs over 20 years in the financial services industry. A keen golfer, he is married to Eleanor and they are blessed with a daughter and a son.
