Glaudina is a medium density residential area located 16.5 km along the Harare – Bulawayo highway. The project arises from the strategic alliance between FBC Building Society and National Social Security Authority. The building society is responsible for the marketing and selling of the stands as well as providing mortgage finance whilst National Social Security Authority (NSSA) services the land. On completion, the project will benefit 475 home seekers with stands averaging 700 square meters in size. Phase one of the project is 80 % complete. Phase two, which is the development of high density residential stands, will benefit at least 3 000 home seekers.
