Marah is a businesswoman and is currently Director of Codchem (Private) Limited.  Marah co-founded Codchem (Private) Limited in 1990 and has seen the company growing to be a major manufacturer of food ingredients.  Marah has an MBA from Nottingham Trend University.

Mativenga is a lawyer by profession and is a partner at Dube, Manikai and Hwacha Legal Practitioners.  He has over 12 years experience as a lawyer specialising in Conveyancing, Commercial Law and some criminal and civil litigation law.

John Mushayavanhu

John is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers in Zimbabwe (AIBZ), and holds a Diploma in Management from Henley Management College, United Kingdom, as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from Brunel University, United Kingdom.  A career banker, John has over 24 years in the financial services sector, gained through senior positions in corporate and retail banking held with a local multinational bank. John joined FBC Bank as an Executive Director in the Corporate Banking division in October 1997. He became Managing Director in 2004 and is also the Deputy Chief Executive of the FBC group.

Webster, has held senior positions  during his 29- year tenure in the banking industry. He is a holder of several banking qualifications in addition to an MBA from the United Kingdom. Webster has held the position of Managing Director at FBC Building Society  over the past four years.
