Herbert Nkala  -  Group Non Executive Chairman

Herbert holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Zimbabwe.  He is the former Group Chief Executive Officer of the Rainbow Tourism Group and former Chairman of Zimbabwe Newspapers (1980) Limited.  He is also a non-executive director of OK Zimbabwe Limited.  His previous positions include Marketing Director for the then National Breweries and Assistant General Manager of Dairibord Zimbabwe Limited.  Herbert also holds directorships in many other companies.

Livingstone T. Gwata - Group Chief Executive
B. Administration, CAIB, FIBZ
Livingstone holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Zimbabwe.  In addition, he is a Certified Associate of the Institute of Bankers in South Africa (CAIB) and Fellow of the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe (FIBZ). He is the Group Chief Executive of FBC Holdings Limited, and has over 3 decades of banking experience spanning all facets of Corporate, Retail and Merchant banking.  He has worked in several African countries, Europe and the Far East.  Livingstone holds directorships in various companies and is a past President of the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe and Shumba Golf Society. 

Kenzias Chibota
B.Acc(Hons),CA(Z)
Appointed to the FBC Holdings Board in August 2004.He is the Chief Executive Officer of Destiny Electronics(Private)Limited and director of several other companies.

Phillip M. Chiradza
Phillip has a Master of Science Degree in Strategic Management.  He has 28 years experience in the financial services sector and is former Managing Director of Beverley Building Society. 

Johnson Rex Mawere
BA Public Administration and Economics degree
M.Sc. degree in Administrative Sciences (Business Management)
Rex has held many positions of responsibility in his business career.  He is former Deputy Director of the District Development Fund (DDF) and former Town Clerk of Kwekwe.  He has also served on the Boards of Air Zimbabwe and Affretair and as Chairman of Avohn Steel Industries (Private) Limited.  Mr Mawere is former Executive Mayor of the City of Kwekwe, a position that he held for eight years.  As Town Clerk and Mayor he was instrumental in developing the administrative systems of the then Municipality of Kwekwe leading to its elevation to city status.  Currently Mr Mawere is pursuing his own interests

Shingi Munyeza
B Compt (SA), IMM (SA)
Shingi holds an accounting degree and is the Chief Executive of the Zimsun Leisure Group, Zimbabwe's leading hotel company. He is also a leading tourism personality and chairs the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority board. He is the vice-chairman on the FBC Group board and also sits on a number of other company boards.

Godfrey Nhemachena

Appointed to the First Bank Board in June 2002.He holds directorships in a number of other companies.He is currently the Town Clerk for the City of Gweru and is the chairman of the Local Authorities Pension Fund. 

Stanley Kudenga - Executive Director      
BAcc (UZ), CA(Z), MBL (SA)
Stan is a Chartered Accountant who also holds a Masters of Business Leadership degree from the University of South Africa. He has worked for various local financial institutions in the areas of finance and corporate & structured finance. Stan joined FBC Bank in June 2002 as Executive Director Investment Banking, a position he held until he was appointed Managing Director for FBC Reinsurance in October 2006. He is on several external company boards, including one listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.

Trynos Kufazvinei - Group Finance Director

Trynos is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) who completed his articles with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and an MBA (UK).  Trynos is responsible for the finance and administration matters of FBC Holdings Limited.  He has over ten years experience in finance and administration.  Trynos joined FBC Bank in January 1998 as Head of Finance and Administration and was appointed to the board in October 2003. He became Group Finance Director in 2004 following the consolidation of the FBC Group.

John Mushayavanhu - Deputy Chief Executive

John is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers in Zimbabwe (AIBZ), and holds a Diploma in Management from Henley Management College, United Kingdom, as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from Brunel University, United Kingdom.  A career banker, John has over 24 years in the financial services sector, gained through senior positions in corporate and retail banking held with a local multinational bank. John joined FBC Bank as an Executive Director in the Corporate Banking division in October 1997. He became Managing Director in 2004 and is also the Deputy Chief Executive of the FBC group.
