	Tichaona K. Mabeza : Group Company Secretary Bachelor of Business Studies (UZ), ACIS Tich has over seventeen years experience in Finance. His working experience started when he joined a local insurance broker in 1988 as an accounting trainee rising through the ranks to become an accountant in 1993. He rose through the ranks over the years to become General Manager – Finance and Corporate Services. Tich became Group Company Secretary of FBC Holdings with effect from August 2004.

	Barnabas Vera : Divisional Director Group Internal Audit BAcc (UZ), BCompt. (Hons.) (UNISA), ZCTA (ICAZ), C.A(Z) Barnabas is a Chartered Accountant, registered Public Accountant and member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He holds several accountancy and audit qualifications, including a B. Acc (Honours), B. Compt. (Honours) and a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting. Barnabas has 10 years experience in audit and accountancy, spanning vast sectors. He joined FBC Bank in 2000 as Head of Internal Audit and Compliance, before his appointment as Group Head, Internal Audit Division for FBC Holdings Limited. He became Divisional Director in 2006.

	Israel Murefu : Divisional Director – Group Human Resources Bachelor of Law Honours, MBA (UZ) FIPMZ, Dip IPMZ, M.ZIM Israel holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree and an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe. He also holds a post graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Personal Management and is a Fellow of the same Institute and a Member of Zimbabwe Institute of Management. Israel has over 20 years experience as a Human Resources Practitioner with several Zimbabwean and international firms including holding positions of Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Manager with two local multinational banks. Before joining the Bank he was the Human Resoruces Executive of a large Zimbabwean meat and food processing company. Israel joined FBC Bank Limited in March, 2000 as Head, Human Resources until January 2005 when he as re-appointed Group Head, Human Resources for FBC Holdings Limited. He is currently the Divisional Director, Group Human Resources.

	Patricia F Nyazenga : Head - Group Credit FBC Holdings Patricia holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a Masters Degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa’s School of Business Leadership. She has also attained a number of Banking Qualifications with Local and Regional Institutions. Her working experience spans across local, regional and international Banks. Patricia cut her teeth in Banking in 1994 as a graduate trainee rising through the ranks to Head of Department with a local and regional Bank. Patricia brings a wealth of experience in Bank Credit Management to the FBC family.

	Priscilla K Sadomba: Head- Group Marketing, FBC Holdings Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and International Studies from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, USA and a MBA from the University of Illinois, Springfield, Illinois, USA. She has held senior Sales, Marketing and Communications posts in the manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and financial services sectors including a local multinational bank. She is a member of the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe and sits on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Harare West. She is a seasoned marketer who brings experience and passion to her appointment as FBC Holdings Head of Group Marketing.
