The branch is led by Shepherd Sayi who has strong roots in the area as he hails from Mberengwa in Chipoko Village under Chief Mataruse. Shepherd has only been employed by FBC Bank after joining as a student on attachment in 2004 and has grown within the organization embracing its culture and life-long learning values. Shepherd’s 17-year old journey with the organization saw him pass through; Treasury Operations, Group Risk Management and Retail Banking departments. His retail banking experience started at Nelson Mandela Branch from 2010 to May 2013 before he briefly transferred to Southerton Branch in June 2013. After a one month stint at Southerton Branch, Shepherd was promoted to lead Victoria Falls Branch  from 2013 to 2017 before another move to Zvishavane branch from 2017 to date. Growing within the organization has helped develop in him good strategy formulation and a drive towards customer centrism which saw him attain the Branch Manager of the Year Award in 2015 (Victoria Falls) and the Branch of the Year award in 2017 (Zvishavane)
