Barnabas is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Public Accountant who completed his articles of clerkship with Deloitte. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Africa University and a Bachelor of accountancy honours degree from University of Zimbabwe.
A Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners – USA, Barnabas holds several accountancy and audit qualifications. He has more than 15 years experience in audit, accountancy, Corporate governance and risk management spanning various industries. Barnabas is the Divisional Director Group Audit at Fbc Holdings. Barnabas is the current President of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Zimbabwe (IIAZ). Barnabas is the current Finance Chairperson of St Gerards Catholic Church. He sits on various companies and Institutions and Schools Boards.
