System Upgrade and Service Interruption

We advise  that we will be carrying out a system upgrade exercise starting at 1900hrs on the 22nd of May to 0700hrs on the 23rd of May 2016.During this period, the following channels will not be available

  • Point of Sale (POS)
  • Automated Teller Machines (ATM)
  • Mobile Banking (SMS /  USSD/Application)

 FBC MasterCards will be able to transact on other bank’s MasterCard acquiring platforms and our Internet Banking service will also be operational.

Please bear with us as we carry out this necessary exercise to improve the quality and utility of our delivery channel.
