Product Overview
This product provides insured members with access to selected outpatient consultations, pre-hospital emergency ambulance services, and limited in-patient and specialist benefits when medically necessary, subject to the terms and annual limits described below.
Easy Care Premiums
Individual: USD 7 per month
Family of 4: USD 20 per month
Who Can Be Insured
1. Individual Plan covers 1 principal member.
2. Family Plan (Family of 4) Covers 4 insured members: 1 principal member + 3 dependents.

Service Delivery Explanatory notes- FBC Health EasyCare (Public Facilities, Mission and Council Hospitals)
- The EasyCare package will cover members at Government, Mission and Council hospitals.
- They will access 2 initial private GP visits, and 2 subsequent visits.
- Members will have 4 additional GP teleconsultations
- All prescribed medication will be accessed at accredited pharmacies.
- Hospitalization and Specialist services will be accessed at Government hospitals
- For emergencies, St John Ambulance and Government ambulance service providers will ferry the members to the nearest facility of care.
